EXCURSION DESTINATIONS IN THE BLACK FOREST
The unique location of our holiday apartments will allow you to discover the sights of the Black Forest while enjoying your vacation in our fully-furnished accommodations in Titisee and Hinterzarten.
In just half an hour drive from our holiday apartments, you will find the university town of Freiburg with plenty of shops and traditional German architecture, as well as the famous ski resort located at the top of the highest mountain in the Black Forest, Feldberg.
Additionally, forty kilometers from the holiday accommodations you will find the charming village of Triberg, the birthplace of the largest cuckoo clocks and overgrown waterfalls, the small town of Sankt Blasien with St. Blasius Abbey, built in the 9th century, and the picturesque towns of Todtmoos and Todtnau where you will find Hasenhorn Rodelbahn.
If you drive a little further away, in an hour-long drive, you will discover Europa-park – an amusement park, the French town of Colmar, the wine-road “Terre et Vin au Pays de Colmar,” and the Swiss cities of Basel and Zürich.
A one-and-a-half-hour drive away are Burg Hohenzollern, a castle located on top of the Hohenzollern mountain at an altitude of 855 meters, Lake Constance with a unique island of flowers, the industrial city of Stuttgart with automobile museums, Outletcity Metzingen —a shopaholic’s paradise — Spa-town Baden-Baden, and Strasbourg, a city of canals with a large cathedral.
After a two hour drive from our holiday apartments, you will find Legoland, the old French town of Metz, and the prestigious university city of Germany, Heidelberg.
