To ensure your stay at Ferienhaus Frei is as pleasant as possible, please take note of the following house rules:
- Reservation & Payment
A prepayment is required to confirm each booking.
Free cancellation is only possible in emergencies or in the event of war (e.g. serious health, family, or safety-related reasons).
The remaining balance and local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) must be paid upon arrival during check-in. - Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Check-in is done personally by us.
Since we do not live in the same town, we kindly ask you to call us at least 30 minutes before arrival so we can meet you on time.
If you arrive after 8:00 PM, a self-check-in is possible only with prior agreement. - Pets
Pets are welcome free of charge! - Quiet Hours & Parties
Parties are allowed, but only in accordance with German quiet hours regulations.
Quiet time is generally observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
